Order Status & Tracking

ORDERS MAY BE DELAYED 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS DUE TO REDUCED WAREHOUSE AND FULFILLMENT CENTER CAPACITY. WE APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND PATIENCE.

Most orders ship from our distribution centers in VA and NC within 1-2 business days of ordering (M-F). From there standard shipping times are 1-3 days depending on where you live. Learn more here >>

A business day refers to orders placed before 2:00pm EST Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2:00pm EST will be considered placed on the next business day.

To track your order, login to your account and select Order History. A tracking number is provided once your order has been processed and shipped from our distribution centers in VA and NC.  Orders ship via USPS mail or UPS.

If your tracking number indicates your package was delivered, USPS is liable for its recovery (all packages have tracking numbers that are scanned). Please contact your nearest post office with your tracking number, your package may be available for pick up or you may be able to find help locating it (may be accidently delivered to a neighbor).

If you tracking number shows the package is still in transit please email us.

LFT is not responsible for customs duties/fees. International orders may incur customs fees. For each country, the customs policies are unique and the fee is typically based on a variety of factors including item value, weight, and size.

Promotional Items

Promotional items are auto-populated by our website upon checkout IF the cart total is qualified. For example, we may have a promotion that states, "Receive a free promo item if your cart total is above $50 dollars, after discounts/before shipping." You'll need to make sure that this is the case to qualify for the free promotional item. Also, a few items may not qualify towards your cart total (e.g., cell phone cases and headwear) to name a few. 

If you believe an error has occurred and to have qualified for a free promotional item please contact us here. 

Assuming it's unworn and meets the standards of our Return Policythen yes. However, we will not be able to pay for re-shipping the item back to you or having the item shipped to us.

Apparel Sizing

Each item has a unique, accurate sizing chart on it's product page. The sizing chart can be found in 2 locations (top right corner Size Guide and in the bottom menu Size Chart).
